Strategic portfolio expansion for an institutional investor
A French institutional client sought to establish headquarters in Luxembourg City. We sourced and closed an off-market share deal and then oversaw the renovation of the property.
Recognizing the client’s long-term ambitions, we guided the strategic expansion of their office portfolio through eight additional acquisitions, ranging from 1,500 to 9,000 m² and totaling approximately €330 million. These assets included properties for renovation, demolition, and new development.
Our role spanned sourcing, acquisition, development oversight, commercialization, and lease structuring, providing consistent and reliable guidance throughout.
Headquarters relocation for a fast-growing company
A Brazilian company expanding in Luxembourg quickly outgrew its space. With limited internal resources, it entrusted us with managing the full relocation to new premises.
Working closely with an interior architect and key service providers, we oversaw the design and the office fit-out balancing functionality with regulatory compliance. The project was completed on time and fully operational upon handover, ensuring business continuity without disruption.
