Strategic portfolio expansion for an institutional investor
A French institutional client sought to establish a flagship headquarters in Luxembourg City. We sourced and closed an off-market share deal and oversaw their renovation.
Recognising the client’s long-term ambitions, we supported the strategic expansion of their office portfolio: eight additional acquisitions, ranging from 1,500 to 9,000 m² and totalling approximately €330 million. These included assets for renovation, demolition, and new development.
Our involvement spanned sourcing, acquisition, development oversight, commercialisation, and lease structuring, providing consistent, trusted guidance throughout.
